Recently, McGraw and Hill sold about 600 acres of the property to an investment group. The more than 750 acre farm’s main home was built in 1865 and was formerly owned by Hank Williams Sr. Power country duo Tim McGraw and Faith Hill own an astonishing property just 8 minutes from Leiper’s Fork. While they might not be living in Franklin currently, they’re occasionally spotted around town. The couple’s country abode sold in 2017 after two years on the market. They continue living in Nashville at an in-town estate. Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are formerly residents of Franklin. And, yes, we sent a complimentary tee to Justin Timberlake. Chris and his wife Morgane are so tied to the community that Morgane even opened a jewelry store in town called Tennessee Turquoise. Stapleton and his wife keep busy in Leiper’s Fork raising their five children.

A picturesque country town, Leiper’s Fork is a little slice of heaven.
